TRADING RULES & PROVISIONS

  • Member Agrees that only products or services being offered on a 100% barter basis can be advertised in the SKY Marketplace
  •  Pricing shall be determined by the selling member and may be negotiated by the buying member, if they so desire. SKY shall not be involved in determining the price or quality of the products and services exchanged.
  • SKY currency shall not be considered legal tender (cash), securities or commodities by either SKY or its members and may not be converted to cash.
  •  SKY is not responsible for the quality of goods or services, timely delivery, prices, warranties, or commitments offered by sellers
  •  A SKY authorization number must be obtained for each and every sale through the SKY trading system. SKY accepts no responsibility for any transaction without an authorization.
  •  Collection, declaration and reporting of all applicable local, state and federal taxes resulting from trade transactions through SKY , is sole responsibility of the member.
  •  SKY members who fail to pay cash dues within the agreed period, or who violate other SKY rules and policies, may be put on a suspended trading list. SKY members remaining on the suspended trading list for a period exceeding ninety (60) days may forfeit any trade dollars in their account and collection proceedings will apply
  •  Any complaints registered against a SKY member must be submitted in writing within ninety (60) days of the date of occurrence.
  •  Any member whose AIRE membership is not renewed or is terminated from AIRE for any reason, agrees to spend any earned trade dollars in their account for goods and services offered by other AIRE members within ninety (90) days and all cash fees will be collected upfront at the time of the aforementioned termination
  •  A SKY member may terminate their membership at any time and for any reason provided their account with SKY is in a positive or zero (0) position and all cash fees due are paid in full.
  •  SKY reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member for “just cause” as determined by The AIRE Board.
  • In all cases this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the current SKY offices are located.
  • Members will receive automatic notices via email with updates pertaining to SKY Trading Rules & Provisions
  •  If litigation proceedings are required due to a collection matter vs an AIRE or SKY member, said member agrees to pay all legal and collection costs involved.
